Service Terms

Version 2026-10. Launchpad Lighting is a service of ELEVARE EDGE LLC. Approving an estimate on this site constitutes agreement to these terms.

Estimates and scope

Virtual estimates are free and based on the information and photos you provide. The approved estimate defines the scope of the display. Changes requested after approval may change the price and schedule; we'll confirm any change with you before proceeding. Customer-owned lights and décor are subject to a practical review of condition and suitability.

Deposit and payment

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your installation window. The remaining balance is due upon installation completion. We accept card and bank transfer through your secure quote link, and check or cash by arrangement. Larger commercial or unusual projects may use custom terms stated on the estimate.

Scheduling

The window you give us when requesting an estimate is a preference. Your installation is confirmed only after the estimate is approved and the deposit is received. We'll confirm the specific day as it approaches. Weather and safety may require rescheduling; we'll communicate promptly.

Cancellation and refunds

Your deposit reserves calendar capacity. A full refund is generally available until 7 days before the scheduled installation. Inside 7 days, the deposit generally becomes non-refundable. Rescheduling within the season is allowed when practical. Where custom or committed materials have been purchased for your project, their cost may be deducted from any refundable amount.

What's included

Every installation includes design assistance, professional installation, normal in-season service for issues related to our installation (such as a failed string, bulb or component, or a loose clip), and removal after the season. Storage is optional and billed separately.

What isn't covered

Damage or failures caused by storms, vandalism, animals, vehicles, landscaping work, customer modification, third-party interference or unrelated electrical problems are not included in normal service. We'll quote any repair fairly.

Property and access

You confirm you're authorized to have the display installed at the address given and will provide reasonable access and working electrical outlets. Tell us about anything we should know, such as new roofing, fragile landscaping or HOA rules.

Lights and ownership

Lights and materials supplied by Launchpad Lighting remain our property unless the estimate states otherwise, and are removed after the season. Customer-owned items remain yours.
