What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, what you'd like lit, your preferred timing, notes, and any photos you upload or text to us. We collect basic usage information on this site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, the page you arrived from and campaign parameters) in our own systems to understand how people use the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To prepare your estimate, communicate with you about it by call, text and email, schedule and perform the work, process payments, and keep records of the project. If you text us, we may reply by text. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or telling us.

Payments

Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number. Receipts and statements may show ELEVARE EDGE LLC as the merchant.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers we use to run the service (hosting, payments, email and text delivery) and only as needed to deliver it. We do not sell your information.

Photos

Photos you send us are used to plan and quote your display. Photos of completed installations may be used in our marketing only with your permission.

Retention and your choices

We keep project records as long as needed to serve you, for returning-season work, and as required for accounting. Ask us to correct or delete your information and we'll do so where we're able. Contact us using the phone number or email on this site.
