Approve & reserve
Approve your quote and pay the 50% deposit to reserve your installation window.

Launchpad completes the display.

Enjoy the season
Normal installation-related maintenance is included.

We take it down
Removal is included. Optional storage afterward.
Need us to walk the property with you? Schedule an on-site design consultation for $49. If you move forward with the installation, we'll credit the full amount toward your project.

Design assistance

Normal in-season service
A failed string or a loose clip? Call or text. We handle it.
Removal after the season
Takedown is included. Storage is optional if you want it.
Deposit, dates and changes
A 50% deposit reserves your installation window; the remaining 50% is due when installation is complete. Your preferred window becomes confirmed once your estimate is approved and the deposit is received. Rescheduling within the season is allowed when practical. A full refund is generally available until 7 days before installation; inside 7 days the deposit generally becomes non-refundable, and committed custom materials may be deducted. In-season service
If something we installed needs normal attention during the season, call or text us. We'll take care of it. Storm damage, vandalism, animals, vehicles, customer changes and unrelated electrical problems are outside normal service, and we'll quote them fairly.
